Dear SYVCC Members,
Here is the information regarding the proposed cycling trip to Girona, Spain for October 2nd to October 9th, 2027. Rocacorba Cycling has set aside a total of 15 rooms in their beautifully renovated 17th century villa property. The room pricing listed below is based on either single or double occupancy, so there’s no upcharge for two in a room. Some riders might want to double up in a room to split the room charge, while some riders might want the privacy of their own room.

Since Rocacorba is such a popular cycling destination, accommodations are already quickly filling up for next year. Rocacorba Cycling has given us until July 1st, 2026 to send to them the starting minimum 6 or more room deposit commitment. We need to submit a 30% deposit (US $5,500.00) to secure the overall reservation. Our reservation can be completely cancelled for a full refund or the number of rooms can be reduced, if needed, up to 90 days before October 2nd 2027. A rider can also cancel their reservation up to 90 days before October 2nd2027 and receive a full refund from Rocacorba Cycling.
The number and types of rooms that have been held for us are listed below. Room pricing is in euro’s.
- 8 x villa rooms – €125.00/room (single €125.00/double €62.50)
- 5 x luxury en-suites – €190.00/room (single €190.00/double €95.00)
- 2 x standard en-suites – €165.00/room (single €165.00/double €82.50)
7 nights, 15 rooms, based on 15 riders, the total accommodation cost = €15,960.00. The per rider accommodation cost for 7 nights is going to be based on the type of room the rider chooses and based on whether they choose single or double occupancy.
(The only additional accommodation fees would be city tax. This is €2.50/person/night + 10% VAT).
RESERVATION REQUIRMENTS:
MINIMUM GROUP BOOKING: (6 or more rooms)
- A 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
BOOKING AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS:
- More than 3 months before arrival:
- You can make any changes to your reservation, and the deposit is fully refundable. At this point, we would ask that the accommodation balance is paid.
- Within 60 days of arrival:
- 50% of room costs will be returned.
- Within 30 days of arrival:
- No refunds on accommodation costs.

A cozy 3-bedroom villa with its own kitchen and living area. Perfect for smaller groups, families, or couples looking for a private base with the freedom to cook, relax, and enjoy the surroundings. Set within the estate grounds with full access to the pool, gardens, and cycling services.

TERRACE SUITE: 2 Bedrooms & Private Salon (€165.00/room)
Our most popular suite, with its own sun terrace, private lounge, and views towards the mountains. Two spacious bedrooms connect through a salon furnished with a leather Chesterfield and original patterned floor tiles. Step out onto the private terrace for morning coffee overlooking the Catalan countryside.
