We have a winner on the club color design, we will announce it in a couple weeks after we finish finalizing all our Sponsors. The Membership renewal and Kit order window will open in Mid Nov for 2 weeks, and we are hoping to have to the kits by the end of the year.
Look out for a dedicated email on volunteers to help out at Rancho Alegre trail work, and also for our section of road we sponsor on Amour Ranch

Solvang Harvest Ride– Oct 10th: 4th Annual Solvang Harvest Ride, and each one is better than the last – You can choose from a ride that is flat and easy to steep and long. Either way you finish with the best lunch in the valley.
- Meet at Hans Christian Andersen Park in Solvang at 8:50 AM, Oct. 10th. There will be 3 routes distances/challenge levels that will meet every rider’s goals. In the Age of Inflation expect to have more fun, more good times, more happy memories-yet the price is still only $10 for hamburger/veggie burger humongous plate of food. All County Ride to Tepusquet: Oct 31 Halloween 9a from Los Olivos. The club is coordinating with all the bike clubs, bike shops and race teams in Santa Barbara County to have a meet up ride. Hopefully this can lead to these a few times a year around SB County. We are coordinating the 1st one. The Ride is going to start at the new Headquarters of Dr J’s/SB Wine Country Tours which is moving to Los Olivos this weekend. There will be water at the Top of Tep. Look out for all the details soon. We hope to get 50-75 riders for this event.

Weekly Rides
CLUB RIDES (Standard Rules Apply: helmets required, no head phones in the group, obey all traffic laws) – These rides are not for our members only, so if you have friends and family in town, invite them out on one of the rides, all are welcome!
Saturday A Ride
Start: 9:15am
Duration: 3hrs 50 Miles
Where to meet: Solvang Park
Description: The Valley Loop: East on 246, Armor Ranch Rd, Happy Canyon, Baseline, Roblar, Los Olivos to Foxen Canyon, out to the top of Zaca Mesa, regroup, then down to Zaca Station, East on 154 to Ballard Canyon, or Alamo Pintado back to Solvang , pace 18-19mph avg.
Saturday B Ride
Start: 9:05am
Duration: 2.5hrs
Where to meet: Solvang Park Solvang
Description: This ride is not a “hammer ride”. It will be led as a “no-drop”, 14-16 mph group ride. This pace may change depending on the route and the riders who show up. The plan is for this to be a fun, intermediate, social ride, where we can stop for coffee/smoothie after or close to the end of the ride.
