Here is an update regarding our cycling trip to Girona, Spain for October 2nd to October 9th, 2027. So far, we have (7) club members joining us on this exciting cycling trip to Rocacorba Cycling. As mentioned in the previous email, we have a total of 15 rooms reserved in a beautifully restored 17th century Catalan estate, set among rolling hills and ancient olive groves just outside the cycling capital of the world-Girona.

ACCOMODATIONS: Single or Double Occupancy
The number and types of rooms that have been held for us are listed below. Room pricing is based on either single or double occupancy, so there’s no price upcharge for two in a room. You can double up in a room to split the room charge, or reserve the privacy of your own room.
Room pricing is in euro’s:
- 2 x standard en-suites – €165.00/room (single €165.00/double €82.50)
- 8 x villa rooms – €125.00/room (single €125.00/double €62.50)
- 5 x luxury en-suites – €190.00/room (single €190.00/double €95.00)
The only additional accommodation fees would be city tax. (€2.50/person/night + 10% VAT).
RESERVATION REQUIRMENTS:
- $570.00 deposit is required to secure your reservation.
BOOKING AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS:
- More than 3 months before arrival:
- You can make any changes to your reservation, and the deposit is fully refundable.
- Within 60 days of arrival:
- 50% of room costs will be returned.
- Within 30 days of arrival:
- No refunds on accommodation costs.
- Accommodation balance due either 24 hours before arrival or upon check-in.

A spacious 5-bedroom villa with a full kitchen and generous living spaces. Ideal for larger groups, cycling teams, or retreats, with plenty of room to gather together while still offering privacy in individual rooms. Includes disabled access bedroom and bathroom.

1-VILLA CAN CAMPOLIER: 3-Bedroom Villa (€125.00/room)
A cozy 3-bedroom villa with its own kitchen and living area. Perfect for smaller groups, families, or couples looking for a private base with the freedom to cook, relax, and enjoy the surroundings. Set within the estate grounds with full access to the pool, gardens, and cycling services.

Our most popular suite, with its own sun terrace, private lounge, and views towards the mountains. Two spacious bedrooms connect through a salon furnished with a leather Chesterfield and original patterned floor tiles. Step out onto the private terrace for morning coffee overlooking the Catalan countryside.
