Hello SYVCC.

The year is flying by, we are down to our last Club TT of the year. The Vuelta a SYV. This one will be a two week two segment Team TT. We will build and balance the teams based on how many people sign up, and the results from the previous TT’s. If you haven’t done one of these club events this year, please come out and give it a try. It’s for riders of all abilities, we encourage all club members to participate.

The Prizes:

• Top 3 teams – $25 / $15 / $5 at Dr Js per team member
• Fastest Overall (M and F) –  $25 at Dr Js 

The Rules:

• Complete both segments at least once, in any order, any time Sept 16 to Sept 29th  (they have to be on Strava) you can do the segments as many times as you want.
• 1 Individual Segment and 1 group segment you can ride with others
• The “no drafting” rule still applies for the  individual segment
• Each rider’s time will be totaled for 2 stages (using their fastest time for each Strava segment during the 2 weeks in Sept).  The winning team will have the lowest combined time for all team members
• If a rider doesn’t complete a segment, they will be assigned a TBD time penalty which will be factored into the total team time
• Be safe, have fun, and cheer on your fellow riders!
• Must use Strava for your time to count
