Hello SYVCC Sunday Oct 5th at 9a is SYVCC Road Trash Clean Up Day. The club sponsors Armour Ranch Road, and it’s been awhile since we got out there and cleaned it up. Meet at the park and ride near the roundabout in Santa Ynez off of 246. The club will provide everything you need to safely pick up the trash. Club Treasurer Liz Hawes will be coordinating this clean up, if you have any questions for her you can email her at. ehawes14@yahoo.com Look out for Details on Strava and Email on the Ride to Miguelito Canyon on Oct 11th. The ride will have a couple of start locations, it would be great to get a solid turn out from both rides that Saturday, it is a super fun and scenic ride. If you haven’t picked up your club tee shirt, stop by DR J’s and grab one. We are tentatively scheduled to open the membership renewal /kit order the week of October 27th-Nov 2nd. This will get us the clothing by mid December. We are finalizing the design and we should have all the details out in the next couple of weeks to the club. I think the club will be excited with the new kit design we have of this year. I wanted to share with the club that we recently hit the 85 member mark which is close to our record membership and makes us one of the largest Cycling Clubs on the Central Coast. Thank you to our board and all our members for making this year a great one for the SYVCC!
