| Hello Valley Cyclists Due to popular demand, the club is going to do a 2nd SYVCC clothing order.The clothing is only for 2025 paid members. If you didn’t pay your 2025 club dues, and want to review your membership here is the link. The Link will also take you to the clothing web site to order clothing if you want after you pay your membership. A custom webstore has been set up with our kit supplier, and our new kit design is ready to order (02/24 through 03/03). Just like last few years, the kits are made by Giordana Cycling. And even if you don’t want new clothing this year, please rejoin the cycling club. Here are a few highlights of the club’s recent activities below. 2024 SYVCC Highlights:
-Donated Kits Bike Helmets with Solvang Rotary to local Kids.
-Continued a series of club Time Trials throughout the summer
-Started a Woman’s Ride and an upcoming Club MTN Ride.
-Performed several trash cleanup days on our club adopted stretch of SB County road (Armour Ranch)
-Continued an affiliate membership for all members with the SAGE Trail Alliance, with a mission to improve trail conditions and access in Santa Barbara County
-Continued our lobbying efforts with the County of Santa Barbara to improve our poor road conditions
-Worked with SBCAG on the continued efforts to develop the Santa Ynez Valley River Trail
-Hosted a summer BBQ
